KISS has started
for next level of obedience after graduating two weeks ago. She
maintained her 3 minute out of sight sit-stay, and her 3min down-stay. For
a seven month old pup I am so proud of her. I would like
to get a CD on her before she is a year old, so that is our
goal in the coming months.

DIVA got her soft
caste off today from her leg. We had a tough time for several
days with her having an elevated temperature, and also being the
picky eater she is I was taking her in daily for fluids. I
am happy to announce that she is now eating normally and is feeling
perky. Diva came with me today to Baylor for my chemo
session - and this time she wasn't a working dog, she was also
the patient, being spoilt rotten by the nurses and Doctors alike.

DIVA and I are
back from Scottsdale. What a great time we all had. Diva
was 17th in the Grand Prix Semi-Finals (out of 50 dogs) and was
27th in Steeplechase. I was so proud of her this weekend,
and we had a fun time. I am praying that with her surgery
we may be able to make it next year.

DIVA and I are
heading to Scottsdale, AZ for the USDAA National Agility Champs. Diva
earnt a spot in the semi-finals earlier in the year. Due
to her pending knee surgery, we are going to go on the start line,
do one jump, and then we will get to watch everyone else compete. Teddy & Carolyn
are also going, as well as several other friends and club members.

ACCC Agility : I
am no longer involved in this - Unfortunately the politics of
ACCC has made the experience for me, a volunteer, very unpleasant.

KISS passed her Canine
Good Citizen test at the age of six months and 20 days. On
the same day she also discovered lure coursing and turned
into this monster - screaming and trying to get to the plastic
bag, but she was wonderful for the C.G.C Test, even though
it was in the ring next to the lure coursing!!
